Was very considerate and patient while I cleaned off the windowsills from clover mites before he sprayed. They are a real problem in our windows that face east and south. Alex Gentges was very nice and gracious and considerate as I walked in through the house. We use him for our guest house as well as our home.

I love the service that Steve's provides. I have the 5-star and it is better than I could have imagined! All the technicians I have met have been very courteous and knowledgeable, going above and beyond with my requests and coming back out as needed. The two I have been most satisfied with are Adel N. and Alex G. My service transitioned this year from Adel to Alex and it was seamless. Adel made sure Alex knew the preferences about my account and Alex was reliable and professional, and true to his word regarding schedules and was on time. I recommend this service and hope I can keep Alex G. as my technician for a while!

Thankful for this service! Completely got rid of my mice and springtails in a newly built community. Nick A is so friendly and always asks the most polite questions! He even asked if I wanted to move my wedding dress out of the closet so he didn’t get anything on it!! He is very quick to respond and super knowledgeable!!
